HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL THE XQUALERS ! XQUAL soared to new heights in 2023! ...but get ready for an even more spectacular 2024! 😎 We have some exciting plans in the pipeline, and while we can't spill all the details just yet, here's a sneak peek into what might be coming your way... - Integration of a redesigned exploratory session management module that would make it easy to recycle notes to automatically generate test cases - A visualization of overall traceability (SUTs - requirements - specifications - tests - bugs) through a revolutionary dedicated diagram - A graphical representation of internal links (e.g., to show internal relationships between tests) - A task management module - especially for development tasks - A new module for managing backlogs and agile sprints - Management of agent pools in the web client - More pleasant pop-ups with visuals and online help - Possibly a centralized document management module - A dedicated version for health-science/regulated businesses (incl. Digital signature, audit logs, white labeling etc.) - etc. But of course all of this is purely speculative ;)

I support leaders of businesses with ~£8m to £14m turnover to understand and drive the equity value in their business
A superb way to expose the differences between competence and capability. Applies to all growing businesses- regardless of sector- as they reach certain points of inflection. In this example - it’s the 200 employee £17m revenue ‘Black hole’ that requires a significant upgrade in capability- effectively the investment in a whole new layer of management. #SME #strategy #capability

We've all heard about Ceros and their awesome creative suite, but did you know.. We worked directly with Ceros' product team to increase the success of their platform and user experience. What was going on? They were grappling with errors slipping into production, overwhelming testing scenarios, and a growing technical debt. How did we help? We conducted a comprehensive Assessment, identifying key issues and providing actionable solutions. Our team recommended improved documentation, effective emergency handling, optimal team size, and the implementation of a static code analysis tool. The impact? We transformed their testing process, enhancing software reliability and user satisfaction. This proactive approach not only prevented potential issues from reaching production but also optimized resource allocation. The bottom line? Our strategic partnership led to a significant reduction in technical debt and improved operational efficiency, translating into a substantial ROI. Anything you would have added? Any similar success stories? I'm always open to hearing y'all's thoughts! #testing #testingstrategy #creative #product

I love Cupid, because they help me ship software faster. Oh, not that Cupid. I mean CUPED (Controlled-experiment Using Pre-Experiment Data) It's an advanced statistical technique that reduces time to get to experiment decisions. Product Managers are always graded on how much their team ships. With CUPED, we get days back on our A/B tests, allowing us to ship faster. You can learn to fall in love with CUPED too. If you've had a drink with me, you know my trash-talk game is strong. But when I was selling software, I had to stop. I had some pretty epic (for commission software) burns that I thought were surely winners on our calls, but they didn't ever seem to work. Calvin Patterson IV showed me a better way. He actually said nice things about our competitors. And it worked! So, we started calling out dimensions where we thought competitor might be a better fit, and we won even more. Why did this work? 🤝 Trust. 🧠 If our brains detect self interest, we take away trust. It's that simple. #salescoaching #salesmotivation #battlecards #competitiveintelligence
